3. TCPA Consent & Communication

By submitting a quote request form, you provide prior express written consent for Mosquito Control Florida and its FDACS-licensed service partners to contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about pest control services, including via automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

We maintain a record of your consent including: consent text, timestamp, source URL, and IP address, retained for a minimum of 3 years in compliance with FTC and TCPA guidance.

4. Information Sharing

Network partners: If your ZIP code falls outside our directly serviced Palm Beach County or Tampa Bay territories, we may share your contact information with a vetted, independently Florida Licensed pest control company in your area. Network partners are required to comply with applicable privacy and TCPA regulations.

Service providers: We use Web3Forms for form submission processing and Google Analytics for site analytics. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Lead and consent records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for regulatory compliance. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard GA4 retention settings (26 months).
